Research and Support Subscription for Drupal Frequently Asked Questions
Why you? I have been working fulltime focused on Drupal for more than 6 years. Running al.quimia.net I worked in support, consultory and custom development for a lot of different customers. Lately in motogp.com, I have used Drupal as a development framework and have been focused in high performance. I am an engineer that have extensively worked in information architecture, usability and user interface. I have experience in the art of running your own company and I had to worry in the past about getting projects/gigs, development time, HTML standards/browsers in theming, hiring people and, last but not least, money. Are there requirements to subscribe? Yes. You need previous experience building sites with Drupal. You need to know how to configure modules (for example, CCK and views) and you need PHP programming skills, at least enough to modify existing code. The subscription will be adapted to your level and previous experience.
Can I cancel my subscription? Can I get a refund? You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will not be billed again and, at the end of the month, you will loose your private area access. Please, be aware that you will not be refunded for any previous payment. If any, you will also loose your initial entrance payment or deposit. I can send you the payment details and conditions that apply.
What is the fair usage policy? Can I mail you daily? The standard subscription is not an unlimited support service for a (cheap) flat rate. I follow a "best effort" policy to reply to messages, but you should expect time according to what you pay. You should not mail every daily. If you need more support, you might upgrade your subscription. You could purchase additional support time too.
